According to a study published by the Journal of Abnormal Psychology, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms may be exacerbated by college drinking. [1] Researchers stated that when a person exercises they feel good about their physical accomplishment, which then carries over into other aspects of their life.
