It can't rain all the time... but sometimes it feels like it can. We work hard against the elements, pushing ahead while the droplets sting our cheeks. These trials come, but we can get through them - YOU can get through them. I am willing to walk through the rain with you, if you will have me. Dr. Griffor is a Licensed Psychologist who works with patients facing anxiety disorders, depression, mood difficulties, addiction recovery, trauma, and family/relationship counseling. She is also works with court involved families, including families involved in divorce or involved with probation/parole agencies. Dr. Griffor also completes forensic assessments related to individual or family functionality, such as custody evaluations, IPE's, or competency based evaluations.

Dr. Vasquez is a Licensed Psychologist with an interest in assessment work and treatment of trauma. Her work with both high-conflict families and veterans have contributed to her interest in aiding those who are healing from traumas in different ways. Dr. Vasquez works with those who are experiencing PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, as well as compulsions and behavioral difficulties. Dr. Vasquez takes a primarily cognitive behavioral approach to treatment, while tailoring the treatment modality for each person to maximize effectiveness. Dr. Vasquez received her bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from the University of Michigan. She specialized in Latin American and Caribbean studies, linguistics and medical anthropology. She also received her master’s degree in public health at University of Michigan. Here, she continued her research on how people navigate systems, and specialized in human sexual behavior. Dr. Vasquez holds a Ph.D in clinical psychology specializing in neuropsychology and forensic psychology. She is also a certified parenting coordinator, having attended training with the Cooperative Parenting Institute. In her experience in the legal field, Dr. Vasquez has worked with numerous families undergoing very high-conflict divorce. She authored reports and recommendations for use in court and she is proficient at managing psychological aspects of such cases. |

Randi Irwin is a Certified Life Coach. She was motivated to pursue coaching when she realized she enjoyed helping the people in her orbit set healthy boundaries, accomplish goals, and live more fulfilling lives. She believes that with consistency and support, anyone is able to meet personal and professional goals while keeping a balanced approach to life. Randi has walked through many transitions in her life and used them as a foundation to build the life she sought for herself. She would like to help you learn how to do the same no matter what your obstacles in life may be. She focuses on career coaching and family coaching, where she loves to watch her clients develop confidence in new areas and learn to set reasonable and tangible goals. Randi is a successful wife, mother, and grandmother while maintaining a professional career. She has achieved happiness, and believes you can too. |
Dr. Gonzalez's program, LAITR, is aimed to serve populations including justice-involved individuals post-incarceration and people experiencing homelessness. The organization's areas of focus include population health, mental health, sleep health, promotion of justice and reducing recidivism through building life skills. Dr. Gonzalez enjoys educating graduate occupational therapy students and often involves students in her services when possible thus increasing sustainability of this programming. LAITR is a group co-host with Arbor Mountain for skill based topics such as parenting skills training. LAITR adopts a holistic approach to systemic barriers working collaboratively with justice-involved individuals and local, federal and state agencies with a common goal of reducing recidivism through enabling successful community reentry. Dr. Gonzalez obtained her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. Dr. Gonzalez received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University. Dr. Gonzalez is working with us through LAITR to meet our clients' occupational therapy needs. |

Jodi Griffor is our dedicated Donations Coordinator who plays a pivotal role in many charitable initiatives within our organization. With a keen eye for detail and a profound commitment to making a positive impact, Mr. Griffor oversees, plans, and executes donation campaigns, liaises with donors and partners, and ensures the seamless flow of resources to our beneficiaries. Among other orijects, Mr. Griffor spearheads our annual food drive and continuously works to identify other areas of community need. He has coordinated a variety of programs including supports for victims of violence as well as support for older adults with mental health needs. Through Mr. Griffor's unwavering dedication, our donations projects are able to enrich the lives of countless individuals and communities. Beyond the logistical aspects, Mr. Jodi Griffor brings a deep sense of compassion and empathy to his role. His ability to communicate effectively and empathize with both donors and recipients has been instrumental in fostering trust and transparency in our community work. Mr. Griffor's passion for social causes, combined with his exceptional people skills, makes him a vital asset in our mission, one donation at a time. |
